Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Important Exceptions:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Beauty products (opened or unopened)
  • Belts/Scarves with removed tags
  • Swimwear with hygiene seals broken (unless defective)
  • Final sale items from our Limited Time promotions

Easy 3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please:

  • Repackage items securely in original packaging
  • Include the original packing slip
  • Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 2 business days after approval

International Returns

For our global fashion lovers (except Asia and select remote areas):

  • All return policies apply
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds will be in the original currency minus any currency conversion fees
